There is no fee to host a party at our studio! The minimum requirement must be met in order to host a private event. Our studio can hold up to 36 painters, depending on the chosen project (less for pallet projects). If you would like to schedule your fundraiser with us, please contact Dacia Parker at 98 or minimum of 8 painters for a canvas class and 10 for a pallet class are required to have the studio exclusively for your event. If you choose the latter, Captured Studios would then cut a check in the month following the fundraiser of the extra funds collected. ![]() The signups and collection of fees can be done by you or through our standard registration system. For your fundraiser you may add any amount onto our ticket price and collect the difference. The set up is much like our private parties, but we can offer a slightly discounted ticket price to the fundraising organization.
